Culinary creations are brought into dialog with works of art
In the new pars Now format, an artist is invited each month to create an individual piece of art in the restaurant space and make a limited edition produced for this purpose available to guests. With every booking, guests receive a work of art that rounds off their dining experience and allows them to go home with a special kind of souvenir.
In collaboration with Where About Now, invited artists question the present nature of dining and, together with the new head chef Florian Sperlhofer, experiment with a specially created menu.
From paintings, sculptures and installations to video works, photographs and performances - each work of art engages differently with the space and stimulates conversation. The result is a multi-sensory experience that appeals to both the mind and the palate. This concept goes beyond a simple restaurant visit and offers a profound, cultural and sensory experience.
